  41. Good suggestion; but I'd also check the flow control if a serial
  42. connection is being used.  In particular, if you didn't carry
  43. over your old flow control settings into the new MSCUSTOM.INI 
  44. when you upgraded then you lost
  45. whatever flow control settings you had made there.

  47. If you're directly connectedd to a multiplexer inside
  48. the uVax, you almost certainly want to be sure that XON/XOFF is
  49. chosen in MS-Kermit.  On a terminal server, check what sort
  50. of flow control the server is expecting (a SHOW PORT works on
  51. many Xyplex-like servers) and be sure that MS-Kermit matches
  52. that.
